Taking advantage of the logistic expansion necessary to GEnWind and the various spots providing new services inaugurated in 2015, the day trips and kayak rentals will also receive a fresh start with new equipment and varied routes.
For two years, GENRoses has been promoting recreational rowing activities in single or double kayaks, thus offering magic routes though the Cape Creus where you will find ruins of ancient mines, disarmed military bunkers and even sunken ships. All of this will be combined with a delicious breakfast in one of the most privileged spots of the trip.
Apart from the guided tours that GENRoses has to offer, you can also rent kayaks individually, always getting information and advice about routes or activities. Departing from the "beach point" that GENWind has on the Santa Margarita Beach, the most interesting route would be the one crossing through the Salines canals. And departing from the Canyelles beach point, the best would be enjoying the coves of the Cape Creus, along the coast.
The kayak excursions are a complementary activity that GENRoses has to offer taking advantage of the 2015 expansion accomplished by GENWind and strengthened by a wide offer of accommodations, such as hotels, hostels, apartments or campgrounds. DISCOVER THE Kayak

During this experience, you will discover and learn how to row in a double kayak.
We particularly recommend this activity to people who have never tried kayaking and want to experience rowing on a kayak for the first time.
All the equipment necessary to carry out the activity is included (Life jacket, Oars and Kayak).
Route to les Salines

We will row on through the canals of the Salines (Aiguamolls Natural Park) where we will discover its fauna and flora.
The departure will be made out of the Santa Margarita GENWind center and we will row in double kayaks, ideal for people with little experience or no experience at all. A guide or instructor will accompany you at all times.
All the equipment necessary to carry out the activity is included (Life jacket, Oars and Kayak).
Also included: a waterproof pot, 1 guide/instructor, sandwich and a soft drink.
Route to Cala Montjoi

We will depart from Cala Montjoi. Before we start, we will warm up and the instructor will give us basic instructions and information about the day trip.
Once inside the kayak, we will start rowing towards Cap Blanc and Punta Falconera. For those who want, they can snorkel and visit a sunken ship next to the old marble mines.
We will stop in Cala Murta for either breakfast or afternoon snack and recover in order to go back to Cala Montjoi.
All the equipment necessary to carry out the activity is included (Life jacket, Oars and Kayak). An instructor will accompany you at all times.
A sandwich and a soft drink for breakfast or afternoon snack are included in the excursion.
Route to Cala Joncols

Departure will be made out of Cala Joncols where we will previously have warmed up and received basic information and instructions about the route.
Once everyone is inside their kayak, we will row on along the coast and enjoy the surroundings and coves.
Those who want can snorkel in the precious coves and discover the rich marine fauna of Northern Emporda. Along the way, we will make a stop for breakfast or snack and recover in order to go back to Cala Joncols.
All the equipment necessary to carry out the activity is included (Life jacket, Oars and Kayak). An instructor will accompany you at all times.
A sandwich and a soft drink for breakfast or afternoon snack are included in the excursion.
Rentals
Do you want to surf? You don't have any windsurfing equipment?
At our GenWind Roses center, we can offer you a wide variety of NEW SimmerStyle windsurfing equipment, renovated every year for you to be able to windsurf at any time under the best conditions: Introduction, Freeride, Speed, Freestyle and Wave, as well as wetsuits, harness and helmet.
All the windsurfing material will be assembled and supervised so that you can navigate as fast as possible. Plus personal advice about the windsurfing equipment according to the wind conditions and your level.
If the wind conditions are not good, we can always offer Stand-Up Paddle boards, XXL Paddle and kayaks.

A 10% discount will be added on all lessons and rentals from February until June and from September until December.
A 40 % will be applied on equipment for club members.
A 30% discount will be applied on services for club members.
